My dog has HORRIBLE skin. Many growths that docs say are probably benign but scabs that would NEVER go away in her neck/chest area and under her arms. I've seen countless docs and been prescribed countless shampoos from Sulfur 8 to prescription shampoos. No beef or chicken. Now shes eating prescription alligator by Blue Buffalo. NOTHING got rid of the scabs. I used this stuff ONE TIME and I could see the scabs coming off and her skin healing. After a week her skin is 95% healed. If this stuff works for your dog I can't imagine the complaints about the price. I pay almost this much for a meal at Popeyes, and you better not go to Panera Bread or Chick Fil-a or Sardi's. Not sure if I need to continue to use this after she's all healed up but we'll definite ALWAYS have this on hand.
The Lavengel ointment has been a serious lifesaver for my dear dog, Bentley. He is a 'bulladore' (a mix of Lab and American Bulldog). As such, he has a white coat with a pink belly and lot's of freckles. He's quite adorable! One month ago, he was stung by a wasp under his arm. We only discovered the sting because he started scratching the area and it started to bleed, and then his under arm became quite raw and soon after, the open sores from scratching, became little bumps that got infected. The vet wanted to put him on antibiotics and a series of other treatments, but we decided to try the Lavengel first, and if it was ineffective, then we'd go with the vet's treatment recommendations. I'm happy to report that after just three weeks of twice-daily application of the Lavengel ointment, his underarm has cleared up, and is almost healed completely. Some of the bumps were bigger than pea size, but the gel reduced them to almost nothing within several days. I highly recommend Lavengel. BTW, I never did take Bentley back to the vet for further treatment. Thank you so much, Lavengel, for such an effective, cutting-edge, natural healing alternative for all things bites, scratches, abrasions, and assorted other skin irritations!
My rescue English Bulldog, Walter, is the love of my life, but given his breed in general and then very irresponsible breeding on top of that, he has many, many health issues, including allergies to many types of food and various environments. His allergy-related flare-ups always result in skin rashes, loss of fur, and dermatitis. While the vet prescribes him antibiotics to help, he is still very uncomfortable with the rashes, and his fur often takes very long to grow back. We gave lavengel a shot because we figured we had nothing to lose, and we were truly AMAZED. The lavender seemed to have soothed his discomfort, and unexpectedly but amazingly helped his patches of missing fur grow back in literally a week. We are loyal customers forever!
OMG ..I am dying for this product to come back on the market. I have a Frenchie and he has a lot of skin issues especially in the folds of his face. This Levengel works like a champ! My Frenchie is allergic to all outside. He’s on shots, pills, shampoos, foods… and he still gets breakthrough itchiness. The ONLY thing that helps him is Lavengel. It’s been out of stock for months and he is suffering as I try to find anything that works as well as that stuff did. I hope it’s back soon before he has to go back on high dose steroids and gets another localized infection from scratching.
Our toy poodle had been itching his ears in the mornings and at night at bedtime for weeks. I knew it was allergies but wasn’t comfortable with the toxicity of giving him allergy “meds”. I was doing research on what I could do and came across Lavengel. The other reviews gave me hope and I loved that it was all natural. So we gave it a try. It has been a couple weeks now and he is improving each day. If I could show before and after videos of how much he was itching before and how much he has improved, I would do it. I am really thankful we found Lavengel.
